Leah has been with NVA for a little over a year. She is a proud pet parent to her cat, Waffles, and her Bernese Mountain Dog, Franklin. When she is not recruiting veterinarians, she enjoys running, taking Franklin on hikes with her fiancé, binging her favorite TV shows, travelling, and trying new restaurants.

Kelli has been with NVA since 2016 supporting the Keystone Empire Division. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and resides there today with her husband. Kelli describes having “fallen into recruitment” a few years out of college and never imagined where it would lead her today. “I’m grateful for this company, how they believe in me, and the impact my work has on our business.” When not at work, you can find her out with friends, drawing with chalk/paint, hosting events for friends and family, and traveling.

Amy Younes
Amy Younes is from the Hudson Valley and currently lives in Westchester with her husband. She loves to help veterinarians find their perfect fit in New York. When she’s not working you can find Amy at a Broadway show, baking bread, or reading a book.

Taylor Horton
Taylor has been working in recruitment for 7 years and currently supports the New England GP division for NVA! Taylor said, “It has been refreshing to work in a collaborative environment with a great group of individuals that are focused on providing the best care for our clients”. During her downtime, she enjoys exercising, exploring the food scene, and spending time with her husband, son, and her Labradoodle, Murphy.

Arianna Dobroski
Arianna has been supporting the Delaware Valley division for over two years. She is a born and raised New Yorker, residing in the Hudson Valley. She lives with her husband, and their hound mutt, Martin. When she isn’t working, you can find Arianna watching sports with her husband, curled up with a good book, or enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Allison Huggins
Allison was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. Following high school, her childhood dreams of becoming a Veterinarian led her to NC State University in Raleigh where she earned her B.S. in Animal Science and fell into a career of recruitment, initially in aquatics. Joining NVA has given her the ability to combine two passions that are near and dear to her heart, consultative recruitment and animal welfare. In her spare time, you can find Allison flipping houses, traveling, or enjoying the tastes of Asheville on a patio with her mini Goldendoodle, Finley.

Ryley has been supporting the Suncoast division for two years. She shares a home with her husband and a Velcro Doberman Pinscher named Sal. When she’s not working, Ryley enjoys reading, painting, photography, and being outdoors.

Jessica Hollis
Jessica resides in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and two sons. She loves living in The Sunshine State and soaking in all that Florida has to offer, including enjoying the beach and visiting theme parks with her family. One of her goals is to travel more with her family and she has a list of fun adventures planned. As a recruiter, she is grateful for the opportunity to learn each person’s unique interests and match them to the perfect position!

Page currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland but is originally from North Carolina. He attended Appalachian State University and lived in Durham, Chapel Hill, and Charlotte before landing in Maryland. He is married and has an 11-year-old daughter, as well as a shelter rescue dog named Brownie (Rhodesian Ridgeback). Page is a "music enthusiast" who enjoys collecting music and attending a variety of live concerts with family and friends.

Bryan Bodine has been with NVA for 5 years and has been supporting the Mid-Atlantic division for over 2 years. While not working, Bryan enjoys traveling anywhere with mountains and good food, hiking, and recreating recipes he saw on TV while his dog (Jolene) anxiously waits for something to be dropped.

Chrissie lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband Chris, 2 boys Carson and Cooper, 4 dogs (Charlie, Ernie, Kermit, and Huey), an African Grey (Markita), and a Sulcata Tortoise (Freddy). She has been supporting the Chicagoland area for almost 3 years and loves being able to help people find their dream job in such an amazing city.

Megan has spent most of her life in southern IL, just outside of St. Louis, MO. She shares her home with her husband, 1 son, and 2 large dogs. Outside of work, she and her family love to travel! They have enjoyed camping trips all over the U.S. and in Canada. New to their list of favorite adventures is cruising! Megan enjoys connecting and building relationships with the goal of finding candidates their dream job.

Helping Megan with her divisions are her lazy but loyal office assistants – Bernie (left) and Mildred (right). Bernie, a Great Pyrenees, is an old soul and likes to spend his time napping or watching over the backyard, protecting it from all creatures and any loud vehicles that may pass by. Mildred, a Pyrenees/Newfoundland mix, does enjoy a good snooze, but she is always ready for a rowdy play session, a walk through the neighborhood, or a chill car ride to pick up her favorite human from school. They both love the adventures they get to go on with the family!

Courtney has lived in Oregon for most of her life. She shares her home with her husband, toddler, 2 “Bugs” (Boston Terrier/Pug mixes), and a Chocolate Lab puppy. When she’s not working, she likes to support the OSU Beaver’s athletics (alma mater), get outside and adventure, travel, and read. Courtney loves that she can combine her love for people with her love for animals.

In her free time, you will find her working on different home projects or foraging for wildflowers to make bouquets for friends and neighbors.

Melissa was born, raised, and currently resides in Denver, Colorado. Her Miniature Australian Shepherd, Ella, often joins her on all of these adventures! She is also an avid equestrian, competing in the local Colorado hunter/jumper circuit since the age of 10. Melissa loves building relationships with Veterinarians while helping them find the best hospital to call their professional “home.”

Erin resides in Indianapolis, IN with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog, Luna. They also have two cats who enjoy pestering Luna when they aren’t sunbathing the day away. Jake is Midwest born and raised but currently resides in Reno, NV with his wife and 2 dogs (Beau and Rae). He has been with NVA for 3 years and has supported multiple divisions throughout Sunny California. Outside of the office, you can find Jake camping, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and snowboarding around Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. If he’s not in the mountains, it’s likely Jake is watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Dallas Cowboys, or doing house projects. Jake grew up wanting to be a veterinarian and loves that he found his spot in the industry with NVA!

Beau – Almost 9-year-old Goldendoodle. The literal golden child of the family. Loves pets from anyone, never met a stranger. Favorite Hobbies: Counter Surfing and hanging with his humans.
Rae – 4.5-year-old Bernedoodle. Lives up to the Bernese Mountain Dog Standard/name and enjoys all things mountains. Loves being outside, playing ball, and hanging with her big brother Beau. Favorite Hobbies: playing ball or hiking!

Julianne was born and raised in Southern California. She now lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband, son, and Maltese/Shih-Tzu. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and bike riding when the weather permits. Her dog Rosie is in her second remission from lymphoma and she is grateful for and passionate about this industry both professionally and personally.

Becky Ash
Becky lives in Round Rock, TX (just outside of Austin) with her husband, son, 2 German Shepherds (Barnaby & Finn), and a very bossy orange cat (Chester). With 25+ years in the veterinary industry, her favorite way to spend the day to talking to anyone and everyone about veterinary medicine. She supports the southern Arizona division. When not at work, she’s enjoying all that Austin has to offer - hiking, kayaking, music, art, amazing food, and an incredible social scene as well as traveling as often as possible.

Summer Musick has been working as a recruiter with NVA since 2016, supporting most of the sites in the West, as well as Alaska and Canada at times. Summer comes from a teaching background, and has loved translating her joy of teaching to the veterinary recruiting industry as a trainer, a peer guide, and a programs implementer. Summer lives in San Diego, CA, with her husband, her 4 children, aged 8-13, and a menagerie of pets (of course) ranging from her fluffy Labradoodle, Peaches, to her oddly emotional bearded dragon, Izzy.

Summer supports 2 divisions and a whole host of kids and beloved pets. It was always a dream of hers to have a full house and the dream is real. The kids started “collecting” pets from an early age and the family has just kept adding to the mix. Pictured: 13-year-old, Jasper with Peter Piper the bunny; 12-year-old Caden with Izzy the bearded dragon (one of several reptiles); 9-year-old Branson with his guinea pig buddy Picket (his brother Poppet – not pictured); and 8 year-old Savannah with her favorite cuddler – Miss Pepper. And in the middle as usual - Peaches n’ Cream – our 4-year-old Labradoodle!

Sara was born and raised in the PNW. She now lives near Bend, OR with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs- a German Shorthaired Pointer and a Siberian Husky. She loves all of the outdoor opportunities available around her; paddle boarding, kayaking, and hiking in the summer, and snowshoe and cross-country skiing in the winter. Her dogs love to join in on the adventures! Sara and her family love to travel and visit new places. She loves recruiting and building relationships with people and helping them find the best position for them.
